El Paseo Arts Foundation and the Port Isabel Public Library present a Foreign Film Festival with 5 critically acclaimed award-winning films at the SPI's Island Cinema. The Festival kicked off on January 8, 2013 with Sergio Tubal's "The Finger". The festival continues on Tuesday, Fabruary 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM with the Columbian film by Carlos Osuna "Fat, Bald, Short Man". The film is the story of lonesome, middle aged, virgin Antonio Farfan who is picked on and ridiculed as a matter of course. Individual film tickets are $7 per person available at the door. Light refreshments and lively discussion after the film.
