The South Padre Island Parks, Recreation & Beautification Committee invites the public to the Christmas Award Ceremony on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 6 PM at the SPI City Hall. Winners for the Holiday Lighting Contest and Parade will be announced and recognized.
