The City of South Padre Island and the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Committee invites everyone to the 1st Bashy Beach Reggae Fest on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at the beach front of Boomerang Billy's. The fest will feature reggae band "Personal Use" and local band "Pelican West".Bring your lawn chairs and dancing shoes cause this is a reggae-cumbia night under the stars!
