Toastmasters International and the "Islanders" Toastmaster Club will present Mark Hunter, the 2009 World Champion of Public Speaking, as keynote speaker at a Saturday workshop from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at City Hall, 4601 Padre Blvd.Registration for the free event is at 10:30 a.m. A pizza lunch will cost $7 a person.
