CVB Sales & Services Assistant (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $14.40/hour

This position performs routine and complex administrative work in answering phones, receiving the public’s concerns and questions, providing customer service to guests, meeting planners, staff and outside organizations. Assist with data processing, maintaining official records, and assisting in the administration of the standard operating policies and procedures of the sales division. Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, or basic accounting. Two (2) years of increasingly responsible related experience in Sales and Marketing, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience to be determined appropriately by the employer.
