The City of South Padre Island Human Resources Division realizes easy access to information is critical in today's busy world. We also understand the importance of employee training and development. The City is committed to providing all employees a stable work environment with equal opportunity for learning and personal growth.  SPI Connect is an internal training program developed for the employees of the City of South Padre Island.

The mission of the SPI Connect training program is to promote and support organizational effectiveness and employee development by providing high-quality educational training programs. We strive to enhance individual and team development as a means of creating a better work environment and a better South Padre Island.
